DELIVERY

Areas we cover:

Currently, our delivery service only covers  mainland London postcodes. We do, however, provide conditional delivery services for areas in Kent, Surrey and Essex depending on order size and capacity.

For bulk orders, we operate nationwide delivery services, a quotation for which is provided upon request.

 

Delivery schedule and standard procedure:

We strive to offer same / next day delivery on most of our products from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays), depending on stock availability and capacity. When a customer confirms an order, he/she confirms agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

The estimated delivery time is not given upon order placement as it depends on the van the order is allocated to. Once the dispatching unit has planned the route, the drivers inform customers of tentative timeframes and provide delivery windows of 3-4 hours. The drivers are not obliged to leave voice/text messages and customers must ensure the provided phone number is tended to throughout the day. If you do not receive a call for a timeframe by 1pm, please call to ensure we have your correct number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery on the day of delivery. As a provision, customers are expected to make contingent arrangements for receive delivery in case their delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control. If the customer is unable to receive delivery upon arrival, additional delivery charges will apply for rescheduling.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock or is delayed by the manufacturer, you shall be informed and your delivery will automatically be moved to the soonest next possible date.

We do not guarantee an exact timeframe due to traffic, road diversion and last-minute order amendments. However, if you have a specific time window, please state it upon order placement and our dispatching unit will do their best to accommodate your time requirements. NO DISCOUNTS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DELAYS FOR SAME/NEXT DAY DELIVERIES.

 

Orders taking 2-3 days to deliver

Many items have a lead time of 2-3 days, which varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. This may be due to the nature of the product or stock availability. Most items that require a lead time of 2-3 days are normally custom orders or those arriving from manufacturers outside the United Kingdom. Such orders are dispatched as soon as they are ready to be delivered. You shall receive a 24-hour notice in advance before your delivery is dispatched.

 

What happens if you miss a delivery

If you miss the agreed delivery timeslot, we will attempt to deliver your order again free of charge on the same day but reserve the right to charge a minimum of £10 extra towards the failed delivery. If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time, please contact the carrier immediately to make alternative arrangements to avoid further charges.

Receiving your delivery:

All deliveries must be received in person. Before receiving the delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition. If you are making a payment on the delivery, please do not open the packaging until you have completed the payment. If you think there might be a problem with the items, please consult the delivery driver.

Please note, our standard delivery includes one man service to the front of your building’s doorsteps / entrance. If there is a staircase involved, the delivery person reserves the right to charge you extra in accordance of the staircase. It is advisable to let our sales agent know about the floor you live on, so that we include a charge, if any, in advance. This is just to avoid any inconvenience caused on the day of the delivery.
